Can this possibly be right? The Tribeca Film Festival’s corporate-marketing clusterfudge is now going to be a week, followed by the usual weekend? Residents of that block of Laight can’t be thrilled at the prospect; anyone who lives on Greenwich can tell you that the Tribeca Family Festival is insanely noisy.

Agreed on the smell from Bareburger on Ann St – it’s super strong.
Give me a break. A couple of days is going to kill you? I am sure it will be very organized and end early every night. If it even goes a week. But don’t worry the millionaires loft and apartment owners will be at a community board meeting to make sure it doesn’t happen. I live in street festivals all my life and it was just a part of us. Spoiled brats in Tribeca. Our blocks are quiet every night. So some fun during April isn’t going to hurt anyone. But I forget you are superior and cant deal with a change dealing with common folk
