443 Greenwich••• Pirch is opening a showroom at the northwest corner of Lafayette and Broome; Planet Blue is opening a store at the southeast corner. Pirch “offers an elevated, highly interactive shopping experience dedicated to realizing the dreams you have for your home. Come and discover our fully-functional kitchen, bath and outdoor living products—from refrigerators, ovens, ranges and grills to hot-and-cold running showers, spas, basins and baths.” Planet Blue is “an international specialty designer and retailer that is redefining the world of boho-chic.”

Pirch NYC Planet Blue NYC••• The conversion of 391 Broadway appears to be on hold while the owner looks to sell it. From the listing: “The current developer has been renovating the property over the past two years, and is only approx. 6 months away from completion. The property is undergoing a complete gut renovation and conversion to floor-through residential condos, each with a private keyed elevator entry.” The asking price is $21 million; back in 2012, there were plans to add five stories.
