When the plan was to open Cafeteria in this space (Reade and W. Broadway), neighbors were very concerned, given the noise from Ward III and Sazón (and whatever ultimately takes the Super Linda space).

I assume this is for Sole di Capri.

5) 281 Church Street aka 35 White Street, application for liquor license for David Bouley Atelier LLC – Resolution
At first I thought the Bouley Botanical event space was becoming a traditional restaurant, but it it simply transitioning from getting licenses per event to a permanent one for special educational events and brunches. (Bouley Atelier is the incorporated name.)

Residents of the rent-stabilized building at 118-120 Duane (where Capital Audio was) have received letters notifying them of the forthcoming demolition of the building.
