••• A+E Studios, the gallery on the W. Broadway side of 60 Hudson, appears to be open again.
••• A TV show called “Falling Water” is filming today on Warren. It sounds pretty dumb.
••• The waxing salon at 150 Chambers is called the Wax Club, and it appears to be the first (rather than part of a chain).
••• City Vineyard’s signage is up—along with a lot of trellises.
