Church Street Tavern Has Closed

Church Street TavernThe sign on the door of Church Street Tavern says something about it being closed for a few days around July 4, but the restaurant has actually closed for good. An auction is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. today, and it includes just about everything:

Church Street Tavern opened in September of 2014 and had a longer run than many of its predecessors at 313 Church (Bisutoro, Tribeca Canvas). In November of 2014, it ran into trouble when its downstairs bar, Bandits Roost, co-opted part of the building’s residential entrance.
