The Pixel Academy is opening a Tribeca location at 256 West Street (at Laight), in the space briefly occupied by Reines Gallery. As at the Pixel Academy’s other two makerspaces—in Cobble Hill and FiDi—kids age 4 to 16 will explore cutting-edge technology, including video games, Minecraft, laser cut art, and digital music.
