••• I was starting to worry that the top of 19 Park Place was going to remain unfinished, but then I (re-?)discovered a rendering. The top three floors appear to be mechanicals.
••• Ground was finally broken on the new West Thames Pedestrian Bridge over West Street. The Battery Park City Authority sent over some renderings—I don’t know if we’d seen all of them before.

That rendering of 19 Park Place is hilarious. The views from the building will certainly be better if they succeed in tearing down all surrounding high rises first.
