••• At some point, the i-Plaza nail salon at Greenwich and Canal changed its name to Salon M. The original i-Plaza’s spinoff on N. Moore is Plaza M.

••• Qatar-based real-estate agency Capstone Property has a page selling the new condos at 45 Park Place, along with this rendering (which I don’t think we’ve seen before).

••• The Lispenard side of 304 Canal, the larger of the two former Pearl Paint buildings, is looking nice.

••• They’re trying a little harder to lease 428 Greenwich. I have to imagine that the “1,475 square feet” is just for the ground floor (formerly Daruma-Ya and before that, Greenwich Grill), which means Sushi Azabu could end up with an unrelated restaurant directly above it…?
