Perpetuum Café, which opened in Chelsea in September of 2015, is branching out with a second location in the former Mobile X store at 200 Church. The menu is primarily coffee (Toby’s Estate, tea (Palais des Thés), and baked goods (Ceci-Cela, Amy’s Bread, Balthazar, and Fika).
