••• I’m not generally into the city’s Restaurant Week promotions, but I think Bâtard‘s prix fixe could be worth considering (whatever it turns out to be). Summer 2017 Restaurant Week is July 24 to August 18.

••• The next 1st Precinct Community Council meeting is this Thursday, June 29, at 6:30 p.m. at the precinct house.
••• Also June 29: “concrete realities, a two-person exhibition by Tom Burr and Andrea Zittel,” opens at Bortolami. “Since the 1990s, Burr and Zittel have trained their attention on the built environment, addressing questions of site-specificity, subjectivity, and the body. This exhibition focuses on their ongoing projects in sites outside of art world centers, which find the artists developing distinct, but congruent methods of tackling their overlapping spatial concerns.
