••• More on the Serafina’s Tribeca outpost, the chain’s tenth in New York City, opening this week: “The Tribeca location will feature its own signature dishes, including a filet mignon burger with gorgonzola cheese and caramelized onions; filet of bass al Pino Grigio, wrapped in thinly sliced potatoes on a bed of zucchini and leeks; and Serafina’s Tartufo Nero pizza with Italian black truffles.
