••• The “for lease” sign at the former Tribeca Language space (22 Harrison) is gone, so I asked around. The word is that a dental office of some kind is moving in. The storefront sure seems ripe for a renovation.
••• Greca restaurant—and bakery, fetabar, and lounge—is shooting to open by the end of this month.
••• The Battery Park City ball fields have reopened after the falling-glass incident.
••• This weekend, November 11 and 12, the artists working at 368 and 373 Broadway will open their studios from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., sop you can swing by, say hello, and check out what they’re up to: “The event will feature more than 10 established and emergent artist in their work studios presenting paintings, photography, drawing, mixed media.”
••• Felt + Fat is among the new vendors at Canal Street Market. I want that multicolored bowl.
••• R. noticed a big banner on 11 Hubert, where a spec mansion has been on the market since February. (In case someone walking by wants to drop $35 million on it….) The renderings aren’t new, it turns out, but it’s always fun to look. I’m more of a floor-plan guy, myself.
