A New Café on Hudson Street

A café will be opening in the former Morgik Metals space at 145 Hudson. (Morgik used to also have the space to the north, where the My Little Sunshine shop is.) “I’m hoping to provide the neighborhood with a comfortable space where people can enjoy freshly baked goods with high quality coffee and tea,” says proprietor Josh Kim, who has been involved with Spreadhouse Cafe on the Lower East Side. “The name will likely be some iteration of Interlude Cafe.” He’s shooting to open in March. More when it’s ready, of course….
