  1. Really surprised to see Serafina top of the list as I had a pretty mediocre meal with poor service last time I was there 2 weeks ago. Had to physically chase down waiters to get water, then bread (it was a Sunday evening so hardly packed) and the lobster ravioli was awful. Tasteless, couldn’t decipher any such substance in the mush within the pasta. I’m willing to give it another try as I’ve been to other Serafinas around town and all were quite good and hope mine was a single aberrant bad experience.

  3. So bummed about Bar Cyrk. It was a hidden little unique gem. I always felt I had left Tribeca and entered somewhere else (not sure where) when I stepped foot in there. It’s a little escape that I will miss (along with the truffle oil popcorn).
