Seen & Heard: Interlude Café Is Close to Opening

••• Rebecca Manson’s “Come Closer and the View Gets Wider” is up at Tribeca Park. It’s worth a detour. Kind of hope it’s lit (from within?) at night.

••• Interlude Café on Hudson (where Morgik Metals was) says it’s nearly ready to open.

••• S. spotted this “Hotel Nouvet” signage at 148-150 Franklin. We’re guessing it’s for a film/TV shoot….

••• …Perhaps for the “Jessica Jones” TV show, which is shooting in the Franklin/Varick area tomorrow.

••• Mamo restaurant on W. Broadway in Soho has closed due to a fire.

••• Video blogger Casey Neistat named his “factory” ThreeSixEight, even though it’s at 370 Broadway. (Neistat’s office is still at 368 Broadway.) Wonder how the other tenants in 370 Broadway feel about the potentially confusing “ThreeSixEight” sign…. UPDATE: A reader says that 368 and 370 Broadway are connected upstairs, and 370 Broadway tenants actually use 368 as their lobby and address. I still say it’s confusing for any guests.
