••• The soonest that the Alamo Drafthouse cineplex might open at 28 Liberty is late 2019. The retail component of the building is being called Marketplace 28; renderings above indicate it’ll look mall-like. It’s at street level and the three levels below. —Broadsheet
••• As reported here in July, James Cohan Gallery confirmed that it’ll move from Chelsea to 50 Walker: “The new two-level space will measure 9,000 square feet. (The gallery will continue to operate a second space in Chinatown.)” The opening date is September, 2019. —ArtNews
