One pet peeve is when landlords don’t shovel their sidewalks, so for that infraction, the folks at 74 Hudson earned the eyesore — but just for the day. It’s bad enough that most building owners don’t clean up garbage in front of their buildings nor hose down their sidewalks in summer, but this is an added hazard. I know the this dusting will probably be washed away by morning, but I’m still grumpy about it. Now if only everyone had access to this bad boy below, like our pals at 255 Greenwich, who had the sidewalks licked clean by midday…
