Where in Tribeca?

There’s still hope…for more inspiration coming from the streets of Tribeca. So, what’s the origin of this one? Thanks to JB for the eagle eye and the snap.

And this from JB too: Per LPC, “The building was constructed in 1861-62 and initially named the Hope Building for its owner, Thomas Hope, president of the dry goods wholesaling firm of Thomas Hope & Co.”
