WOOLWORTH VIEW

111 MURRAY LAWSUIT
From The Real Deal: “The buyer of a $12.5 million condo at 111 Murray is suing the developers to get out of the deal — and reclaim his $2.5 million deposit.”

150 SAYS THANKS TO MAYOR
A group of parents from PS 150 — Jonah Benton, Buxton and Lisa Midyette and Anshal Purohit — send a love letter to Mayor Di Blasio, and mayoral control of the school system, published as an op-ed in the Villager.

SLEEP NO MORE TAKEN LITERALLY
The Post has a story about neighborhood opposition to the theater group Sleep No More coming to 20 Exchange Place in Fidi.
Alejandra Cata Posas, head of the citizens group Keep FiDi Safe, is mounting a petition drive against the project. She says the venture would only add to the area’s existing problems with noise, vehicle traffic and drunken revelers.

JACK BRINKLEY + ROVE
The Post has a feature on local resident Jack Brinkley Cook, Christie Brinkley’s son, who started a business called Rove: “Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans shuttle passengers between lower Manhattan or Brooklyn and the Hamptons for between $60 and $75 per person. Riders receive specially designed Cynthia Rowley totes full of swag, including CBD gummies and Jaden Smith’s JUSTwater.”

  1. Kuddos to PS 150 for the love letter to the Mayor. I bet he doesn’t get many of those in this city of many complaints but bravo to the parents.
