Details revealed for Disney’s headquarters

Plans were filed with DOB this week for Disney’s building to cover the square block between Vandam and Spring and between Hudson and Varick, the development that kicked out City Winery and other long-term tenants. (The Real Deal had the story first.) The filings show that Skidmore, Owings & Merrill is the applicant for a 19-story building with steel construction and 1.2 million square feet of commercial and office space. Disney leased the property from Trinity Church for $650 million with a 99-year agreement.

The official address is 310 Hudson, though the building will be called 4 Hudson Square. No renderings yet…

  1. Trinity never sells so Disney didn’t buy the land…they have a 99 year ground lease. Small distinction but important.
