DANCEBODY OPENS BK OUTLET
Local resident Katia Pryce, who owns the Leonard Street workout studio DanceBody, has opened a new outlet in Williamsburg at 208 N. 8th St. between Driggs and Bedford. This is her eighth studio — after Nomad, the UES and Tribeca here in the city; two in Miami and two in the Hamptons. Ours opened last year.

LIVE BLUES AND LOCAL FLAV AT READE STREET

META META REDUX (REDUX)
Local artist Dianne Talan has taken over the Western Union windows at West Broadway and Thomas with “Meta Meta Redux,” up till Dec. 14. From Dianne: “The backdrop is a whimsical representational painting of the Western Union building facade. The corner window at Thomas St and West Broadway shows the painting within the painting within the window within. Besides architecture, beauty and humor, my interest is in communications.”
