RESILIENCY: DOWNTOWN VS. THE SOUTH BRONX
Scientific American takes a look at the efforts here vs those in other coastal communities in the city, and finds it’s not looking too fair: “The mayor’s office of resiliency set a goal for holistic resiliency planning across the five boroughs, but there’s a lingering question: how does the city enforce waterfront protection for all, when some of it is home to billions of dollars of real estate, infrastructure and investment, and others have been neglected for decades?”

WOLF’S APARTMENT ON SALE
The Post reports that Alan Wilzig — the investor who inspired a character in “The Wolf of Wall Street” has put his townhouse at 7 Hubert back on the market for $13.5 million, down from the original $44 million asking price in 2014. He bought it in 2005 for $8.3 million.

SOCIAL BUTTERFLIES IN SOHO
The Times has a review of the socialite hangout The Butterfly – on the second floor of Sixty SoHo. It is named for the thousands of iridescent butterflies in the Damien Hirst art on the walls.

BIKING GETS EASIER GOING WEST ON PRINCE
Traffic lights on Prince will be re-timed to make it easier to bike West, according to Patch. The DOT calls the treatment, which syncs lights so they turn green for anything moving 15 miles per hour, is called the Green Wave.
