GUERILLA ADVERTISING?
The residents of 57 Warren had a good view (which they did not enjoy) of what I think was guerilla advertising — could it actually be permitted by the city or arranged with a building? I have no idea what rules would apply here, other than the parking regs for the U-Haul that is holding the camera… The upside: it’s gone by daylight.

ACTION AT 11 SIXTH AT LAST?
Looking back in the archives, this business has been trying to open here (on the west side of Sixth between Walker and White) since 2013! Last I can tell CB1 Licensing reviewed the stips again in September 2017. Will have to see what’s happening now…

SPEND CHRISTMAS AT THE MUSEUM OF JEWISH HERITAGE
First, on this Sunday, Dec. 15, from 10:30 – 11:30a, the Museum of Jewish Heritage will host a free Hanukkah musical program for kids that nurtures Jewish life and traditions. No registration needed. For infants to 4 year olds.
Then, spend Christmas Day at the museum: there will free admission at 11:30a and 2:30p, as well as walk-up tours of the exhibition Ordinary Treasures: Highlights from the Museum of Jewish Heritage Collection. The Museum’s café, LOX at Café Bergson, will be open. And the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene will perform The Sorceress at 2p and 6p with a Chinese buffet option in the Museum’s Edmond J.
