A man died yesterday in front of 440 Washington Street, at the corner of Desbrosses. I have very little info, other than a tip from T., who happened by the scene, and this from the NYPD:

On Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at approximately 1345 hours police responded to a 911 call of a person needing assistance in front of 440 Washington Street within the confines of the 1st Precinct. Preliminary investigation reveals a 54-year-old male appears to fallen from an elevated surface. EMS responded and pronounced the male deceased on scene. The investigation remains ongoing. The identification is pending proper family notification.
