Seen & Heard: The latest at Warren 77

GRIM SIGNS FOR WARREN 77
I think this is the final word. Saw the murals first, on their way out, and then G. caught the kegs a few days later and H. caught the moving van. Bummer. (Sorry, X.)

DR SMOOD IS OPEN!
The smoothie shop on Murray in the Goldman breezeway is back open for business. Only two guests are allowed in at a time, and orders must be placed on either Postmates, Grubhub or UberEats. (The outlet on Greenwich and Hubert is still stalled due to virus construction delays.)

ICYMI: PURE LIQUID IS OPEN IN THE OCULUS
Holding up the retail operations at the Oculus along with Eataly is local Henry Meer, who owned City Hall on Duane and is operating Pure Liquid, his wine shop at Westfield World Trade Center, for in-store shopping as well as curbside pick up and delivery to Tribeca, BPC and Fidi. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, noon to 7. Order online here.

PROFILES OF FIDI BUSINESSES
The Downtown Alliance has been talking to local business owners in Fidi to see how they are faring in these times. See interviews with the owners or managers of Underground Pizza, 77 Burger, Dick’s Cut Rate Hardware and Cedar Local.

  1. Wonder why Matt’s rep say they’d be reopening? Were they lying or just lying?

    • They’re taking it home to their workshop, it’s clear. They’ll fix it up there, then they’ll bring it back here.

  2. Should only happen: hope so, but hope springs eternal.
    What’s to “fix up”?
