The latest openings around the neighborhood

CROWN SHY OPEN ON PINE STREET
The celebrated Fidi newcomer now has dinner served outside Tuesday through Saturday. There is a set three-course menu: olive bread service and a snack, your choice of appetizer and entrée. Sticky toffee pudding and ice creams are available as additions.

BROOKFIELD PLACE OUTDOOR DINING
I’ve mentioned a couple of these before, but here is the updated list from the mall:

  • Seamore’s has re-opened its outdoor patio and recently launched a limited lobster shack menu. Seamore’s is open daily from 12 to 9p.
  • Le District’s Liberty Bistro’s terrace is now available for outdoor seating. Open Wednesday through Sunday from 12 to 8p. Reservations through Resy.
  • Tartinery’s The Shack has fresh squeezed juices or its famous tartines. Open daily from 11a to 9p.

AN UPDATE ON AMISH
I heard from Mike Jording back in May and realized recently that I never published the update on Amish Market, which has been open throughout the pandemic. It’s worth noting that they also made it through Sandy and a carbon monoxide accident in 2017 that sickened 32 employees. The store is open 7a to 8p, Monday to Friday; 8a to 7p on Saturday; 9a to 7p on Sunday. They deliver off the third-party apps Grubhub, Mealpal, Chownow and Uber Eats, and will also do personal shopping if you call the market. “Please let everyone know we are there for them!”

LA GARCONNE IS BACK
La Garçonne re-opened its store at 465 Greenwich last month. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10a to 6p. They are taking private appointments as well. Call 646.553.3303 or email at tribeca@lagarconne.com.

DRAGON HORN TEA BACK SERVING
Taiwanese Bubble Tea hotspot Dragon Horn Tea on Greenwich and Rector has just reopened. Hours are Monday through Saturday 10 to 8; Sunday 11 to 7.

  1. Also outside at Brookfield: PJ Clarke’s and Del Frisco’s Grille. (Surprised they didn’t mention it to you….)

  2. Tribeca’s Kitchen has opened. Andy Jr. is keeping his dad’s place going.
