Seen & Heard: More art at the curb

Local resident Bill Tsapalas had made several more matches in his artist-to-restaurant Curbside Canvas project — pairing up several artists and walls of plywood in the past week. Here’s a sampling of the work, but you can see more videos of the installation and talks with the artists here. He’s adding pins to the map on the site, and hopes to arrange for some sort of organized walking tour as well. From top to bottom, so far there’s:

  • MissfitNYC at Reade Street Pub (aka Paul Staffile in vid above)
  • The artist KOFFEE at Greenwich Street Tavern
  • Void People – artists Pink Supakarn Niruktisart and Mehow Skalski – at Two Hands
  • Alexandra Alvarez and Natalie Minyu Li at Homemade by Miriam
  • Sean Slaney at American Whiskey

PUBLIC ART AT THE UNTITLED SPACE
