CB1’s Landmarks Committee approved an update for 401 Greenwich — the building that has Kaffe North in the storefront. And it’s handsome! The idea was to update the materials and the palette.

A. spotted this sign — but there’s no Fabrics Dry Cleaner company that I can find. Seems like an odd addition given that no one has worn a work outfit — at least from the waist down — in a year. It also may be a “private” dry cleaner??
