Taking a guess here for 50 Murray Street as they have a similar wall outside and there are a lot of pets in this building? regards, SS

Walked by the old Maison Kayser space today and saw the windows were papered with Chanson logo. Does that mean the pastry shop from Flatiron is opening an outpost in Tribeca? Or was the plan halted due to the pandemic?
They have been scheduled to open there for a while (see this post) and told me in December that they would be open in Q1 of this year.
Groovy! Can’t wait to try when they open. Not much activity when I walked by aside from the papered windows.
Saw this little dog and sign”Please Pick Up Your Dog’s Poop!!” On the side wall of Tribeca Grill and 186 Franklin Street, it made me laugh … regards Sonia
