CHINAH COMES TO FIDI
A new fast food healthy Chinese — or maybe it’s going with fast casual healthy — has come to 100 Maiden Lane via Jersey City. Chinah was created by Hegel Hei after he was craving the home cooking from his grandparents while interning at a finance company. “Over here [Chinese food] would be something you indulge in, or something you feel guilty about,” he told the Downtown Alliance. “It became apparent that there’s a need for a specific kind of cuisine, where there’s a healthier option for Chinese food.” More TK when I can stop by.
