Nili Lotan will have a line at Target

Tribecan Nili Lotan, who opened her eponymous shop on Duane in 2006, will debut a line for Target in September, along with designers Rachel Comey, Victor Glemaud and Sandy Liang. I saw the news first in the Hollywood Reporter, but then the Target press corps filled me in a bit more.

Lotan’s looks are inspired by European simplicity met with ‘70s Americana, including jumpsuits, slip dresses and outerwear. Most items will be under $50 and includes more than 180 apparel and accessories (across all four designers) ranging in size from XXS-4X. We won’t be able to know if we can buy Nili Lotan on Greenwich and Murray till the line rolls out in September, but you can buy online.

Lotan told The Hollywood Reporter: “I’ve always believed that the clothes you wear tell a complex story of who you are as an individual. Your clothes should give you the strength and confidence to run your life.”
