The Friends of Bogardus Plaza will host a community sing on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 4p, with performances by Church Street School students and faculty, the Battery Park Adult Chorus, and coffee and cocoa from Bluestone Lane.

L. sent word that StudioTwentySeven will take over the prominent space in 66 Leonard at the beginning of Q1 in 2022. Spanish interior designer Nacho Polo has taken the former Matsugen space — Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s Japanese soba restaurant that closed in 2011.
HSBC WILL BE CITIZENS BANK IN THE NEW YEAR
The HSBC branch at Reade and West Broadway/Hudson will become a Citizens Bank as of Feb. 18. J. got the notice mailed to her recently from the bank.
HUTS ON THE HIGHWAY
Sant Ambroeus has constructed some vinyl huts along the bike path on West Street — cozy little things with a view of One World Trade.

Almost all employees returned in mid-Sept. Hybrid model with the minimum number of days in office varying by business
They’ve been back since September under a hybrid model. JPM, GS and Morgan Stanley are 100% in office according to reports.
