VALENTINE’S DINNER AT HOME WITH CLAUDIO
The next installment in the Downtown Alliance’s “Dine Around Downtown: Cooking at Home Edition” will feature Tribeca’s own Claudio Marini and executive chef David Sandoval of Da Claudio Ristorante on Thursday, Feb. 10, at 4p. The tutorial will be for a Valentine’s Day dinner, featuring fusilli avellinesi with lamb ragu, saffron cream and micro greens. There will also be a demo on making pasta from scratch. Register here.

A NEW DINER IN FIDI
The diner Zaza has opened at 104 Greenwich just north of Rector with an 11-page menu and custom milkshakes. The hours are 7a to 10p. More TK soon.

YA YA PRESCHOOL COMING TO READE
The folks from Mandarin Seeds will open their first preschool on Reade at Broadway this fall called Ya Ya Preschool. Construction should be completed by March, so the space will be ready for their summer program.

368 ON BROADWAY
I thought this was a new storefront, but it’s the “creator space” managed by the production company 368 — run by Paul Leys, above, and his business partner Casey Neistat. The video below show shows a bit of what they do.
