WORKOUTS AT THE LODGE?
What looks like a boutique gym called The Lodge — with its branded merch already in place — has opened in a storefront on Greenwich just south of Desbrosses. (Spotted by J.) I can’t find any digital footprint; comment if you know what’s going on.

COSTA RICAN KITTENS FOR ADOPTION
Pamper Ur Pets has two adorable Costa Rican kitten imports available for adoption — they were just flown in and are being trained by the pet store’s most excellent cat, Monkey, in the storeroom in the back. (Monkey usually roams free but the newbies are flight risks.)

LMHQ WORKSPACE IS CLOSING
I was just about to reup my membership when the Downtown Alliance sent word that they are closing LMHQ, their incredibly well priced workshare space, as of March 31. (It was $150 a year! and a well designed, convenient spot that I used to get out of the home office once in a while.) The space opened in 2015. They will continue their programs online.

ADDITION AT 62=64 READE
I’ll learn more after the CB1 meeting next week on March 10, but in the meantime, here’s a good view of the addition planned for 62-64 Reade, on top of the old Langdon Florist building, which is in the Tribeca Historic District. Will have to go by to see how it looks from the street.

    The Lodge is opening Monday the 7th. Met the owners last night while looking through the window – they are super friendly!

    My personal trainer KC is opening The Lodge on Monday. He was referred to me by a friend and has been absolutely excellent. I will be moving my sessions to the studio (from my home gym) as soon as the doors open. Check it out.
