BUSH-HAGER APARTMENT FOR SALE
The Journal reports that Jenna Bush Hager (who moved to the north shore of Long Island sometime recently) has listed her four-bedroom apartment here for $5.75 million. There’s a secret door.

MARBLE HOUSE MANSION SELLS
The Post reports that the Marble House, 9300 square feet of marble and other luxuries inside 60 Collister (aka 157 Hudson and also aka Amex building), has sold for $17 million. It was built by Tribecan and designer Stuart Parr, whose gallery was on Vestry. It was sold by Tribecan Bruce Ehrmann.

CONVERSION PLANS FOR HOTELS?
Local Assemblyman Brian Kavanagh has co-sponsored a bill that the mayor supports to allow easier conversions of hotels to permanent affordable housing. From Crain’s: The plan “would amend zoning and housing code regulations for older city hotels. The legislation would pave the way for developers and government agencies to convert empty hotel rooms into permanent affordable dwellings.”
