DOG COSTUME CONTEST AT ONE WHITE
One White Street, the restaurant at the corner of West Broadway, will host a Halloween dog costume contest (along with other festivities) on Halloween Day, Monday, Oct. 31, at 4:30p.

LIVE AT THE POSTER MUSEUM
Tribecan and jazz drummer Robby Ameen will once again host his Live at the Poster Museum jazz series every Thursday starting November 3 from 7 to 9p at Philip Williams Posters, 52 Warren. The band: Bob Franceschini on sax, Conrad Herwig on trombone, Troy Roberts on sax, Edsel Gomez on piano and Lincoln Goines on bass. Admission: $20 includes glass of wine. MORGAN LANE SAMPLE SALE
Tribecan Morgan Curtis will host a shopping event and sample sale for her lines of clothing as well as two of her favorite jewelry lines today through Sunday, Oct. 30, at 251 Elizabeth Street. Hours are 10a to 7p through Saturday, and till 5p on Sunday. The sale will feature Morgan Lane, Cozyland by Morgan Lane, LilyEve and Collins Fine Jewelry. SUZI SHELTON SINGS FOR KIDS AT BPC
Noted children’s performer Suzi Shelton will perform for kids in a campfire singalong on Saturday, Oct. 29, from 2 to 4 at Teardrop Park in Battery Park City. There will be snacks, lawn games, and an art project.
