I had no idea that the 2014 Tina Fey / Jason Bateman movie “This is Where I Leave You” had a scene filmed at Walker’s! Will have to rewatch. It’s on Netflix’s top 10 most watched movies this week. Fun Fact: owner Jerry Walker’s daughter Sarah worked on the movie. When the production team was looking for a bar location, Sarah suggested Walker’s.

9/11 MEMORIAL 5K IS SET FOR APRIL 30
The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is hosting its 11th annual 5K run/walk on Sunday, April 30. The event begins at 8a at Brookfield Place and goes through Battery Park, along the esplanade and finishes on Greenwich Street adjacent to the 9/11 Memorial Plaza. The race is a fundraiser, and participants are encouraged to help raise funds. See more information here.

BROADWAY ACTRESS SHOWS NBC AROUND TRIBECA
The young actress Pearl Gold, who is currently in “Leopoldstadt,” gives NBC Live a tour of the neighborhood as part of a day-in-the-life. The interview starts at PS 234 then to Laughing Man then to It’s Sugar on the Upper West Side.

PUPPY IS BACK AT THE SALON
The puppy who was nabbed after an escape from the Roman K salon on Church was somehow returned — and now has a tracker on her new collar.
