POWER FLIPPERS BUY AT 110 HUDSON
Crain’s reports that a Brooklyn couple — Athena and Victor Calderone — who turned a fixer-upper Cobble Hill townhouse into an Instagram sensation have purchased a five-bedroom condo at 110 Hudson St., No. 5, for $6.3 million, according to a deed that appeared in the City Register on Friday. “Athena Calderone, a model turned designer who also owns the furnishings company EyeSwoon, oversees much of the renovations. Victor Calderone, who has also remixed songs by Beyoncé, Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson, regularly spins in Tokyo, Tel Aviv and New York.”

The seller bought it seven months ago for $16 million. “A keyed elevator opens to the smart-wired, 5,269-square-foot home, which features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two powder rooms — and 2,500 square feet of outdoor space over the two floors.”
