POWER FLIPPERS BUY AT 110 HUDSON
Crain’s reports that a Brooklyn couple — Athena and Victor Calderone — who turned a fixer-upper Cobble Hill townhouse into an Instagram sensation have purchased a five-bedroom condo at 110 Hudson St., No. 5, for $6.3 million, according to a deed that appeared in the City Register on Friday. “Athena Calderone, a model turned designer who also owns the furnishings company EyeSwoon, oversees much of the renovations. Victor Calderone, who has also remixed songs by Beyoncé, Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson, regularly spins in Tokyo, Tel Aviv and New York.”

MAKING GOOD USE OF POOP
Fox 5 covers Battery Park City’s dog poop composting system, where they have not only found a good use for the poop but also eliminated the need for plastic bags. The compost, once tested, is then used on the 32 acres of open green space.

PENTHOUSE + INFINITY POOL ON HUDSON
The Post has a story on penthouse with a private infinity pool on its rooftop terrace at 169 Hudson, which is now listed for $19.8 million. The seller bought it seven months ago for $16 million. “A keyed elevator opens to the smart-wired, 5,269-square-foot home, which features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two powder rooms — and 2,500 square feet of outdoor space over the two floors.”
