Golfzon, a golf simulator facility, is coming to Brookfield at 200 Liberty. They requested a liquor license from Community Board 1 in March, and CB1 gave them till 10p, since Gateway is across the street.

Part of their business model includes a second floor outdoor space with putting greens and seating areas (NB: the firepit in the rendering was nixed).

The company has 600 locations worldwide with one now in Rockland County and they are opening three in the city, as well as Brooklyn and LIC.
