Tribeca during the apocalypse

It’s crazy out there. Not just the smog — at one point the entire neighborhood looked sepia, like an old ’70s photograph — but the mood as well. Masks are back, and the traffic is nuts. It’s like the zombies are right down the street. You can smell the smoke and taste the tension.

Plus it made for some eerie streetscapes — check out the photos of the neighborhood on Instagram from photog Max Guliani, Tribecan PJ Mattan, NYC DOT, Governors Island, Spencer Bailey and the Seaport Museum, where the Wavertree looks like its in its natural setting.
