DOCTOR SUED FOR FILMING PATIENTS
The Post reports that a woman has sued Dr. Jonathann Kuo of Hudson Wellness on Broadway for taping without her consent her during Ketamine treatments. From The Post: “Ketamine infusions deliver low doses of the drug, which is an anesthetic that can have hallucinogenic effects, via an intravenous drip in a bid to manage chronic pain. The patients being filmed had on eye coverings and headphones provided by staff and were lying down at the time, said Angela Cappetta’s lawyer, Jennifer Snider.”

MOTHER AND CHILD STRUCK BY EBIKE
The Trib reports that a mother and 2-year-old child, who was riding in a stroller, were struck by an ebike while crossing Broadway at Park Place around 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 17, as reported in the Daily News. “The Daily News identified the mother as Betsy Reed and quoted her husband, Toby Nirens, as saying that the child suffered a bruise to the forehead and Reed received bruises and scratches but both ‘are fine.”

CLIVE DAVIS SELLS HIS APARTMENT AT 108 LEONARD
Clive Davis, the 91-year-old famed music producer who is the former head of Columbia, Arista and RCA, has sold his condo in 108 Leonard, the Clocktower Building, Crain’s reports. “Davis sold the three-bedroom unit, No. 5P at 109 Leonard St., for $4.6 million, which is what he paid in 2021, public records show. The buyers are Marcus Hoed and Ariella Azogui, co-founders of an e-bike delivery business called DutchX.”

ORTUZAR PROJECTS WILL MOVE TO 5 WHITE
The Art Newspaper reports that Ortuzar Projects will triple its gallery space with 10,000 square feet next door to its current space at 9 White, where the gallery has been for five years. The new space will open this fall at 5 White and is being designed by architecture firm Caplan Colaku, “which recently designed the non-profit Artists Space’s new location, also in Tribeca. Decades ago, in the 1980s, Artists Space was based at 5 White Street…Ales Ortuzar—a former partner at David Zwirner—opened his gallery in 2018 as a two-year project to present important 20th- and 21st century artists to new audiences in the US.”

  1. Ah that may be the reason why they are no longer there. By the way I reported them for insurance fraud as well. They said their facilities is in network, but then claim the doctor is not so they were charging me his fees, to find out when I called my insurance company they paid the facilities for my visit.

    Also I just realized the Capital One bank ion Chambers and Broadway is no longer there. What happened to it?

    • They closed for renovations and were supposed to be moving all services upstairs (not just the medical services).. Not sure if this accusation threw a hiccup into the plans..
