New Kid Expands: Rigor Hill Market

Rigor Hill, the market that is attached to One White Street and that sells the produce from their farmstand in Columbia County, has expanded to add seating, more space for produce and a big cooler for prepared products inspired by the One White menu.

Be prepared for sticker shock! But everything there is a treat. Along with their baked goods and sandwiches and coffees, there’s pints of their ice cream which sell like hotcakes so go early; salad dressings (Caesar, chili vinaigrette); pickled ramps; gazpacho. The tote bags are great — good for stuffing as a house gift if you need one.

They have also added seating in the window, so great spot to watch the world go by.

  1. You say to be prepared for sticker shock. Can you provide some sample pricing?

    • I tossed my receipt by accident! Ice cream was $12, I think dressings were around the same, flowers were $16…

  2. Did Cafe Clementine ever reopen?
