TAKE HOME A NUDE
The New York Academy of Arts’ annual art party and auction, called Take Home a Nude, is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 16, 6p, at Sotheby’s, 1334 York Ave. The event honors Salman Toor, the American figurative painter. Tickets start at $300 and can be found here.

Soho Photo Gallery will host a presentation from the authors of “Publish Your Photography Book,” who will lead artists through publishing a book of their work on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 6:30p, at the gallery, 15 White.
