IT’S STILL (MINI) GOLF SEASON
The Pier 25 mini golf course is still open for its regular schedule: Monday to Friday, 9a to 9p, and weekends 10a to 9p through the end of October. Check back on Nov. 1 for updated hours.

FREE STORYDANCE CLASS AT DDF
Downtown Dance Factory is offering a free StoryDance Playgroup for children ages 1 to 4 on Monday, Oct. 23, 10-10:45am at their studios at 291 Broadway, 4th floor. FASHION, ART & DESIGN ON GOVERNORS
The FAD (fashion, art and design) market will hold its last pop-up on Governors Island this weekend, Oct. 21 and 22, from 11am – 5pm. There will be more than 40 of the city’s emerging makers, designers and artists offering handcrafted jewelry, art, apparel, bath and body care, tableware, home furnishings, artisanal packaged food, and more. This also coincides with the Halloween celebration Pumpkin Point.

THIRD ANNUAL DOWNTOWN DIWALI CELEBRATION
A group of Downtown mothers started a community Diwali celebration during the pandemic to celebrate South Asian culture and the holiday, and for the first time this year, it will be held indoors at 6 River Terrace in Battery Park City. The event is Saturday, Nov. 11, from 3 to 6p and will include dinner, arts and crafts, dancing and more. Tickets are $35 for adults and $15 for kids over 2.
