CITY PLANS MEN’S SHELTER FOR BEEKMAN
Construction is scheduled to start next summer for a long-term shelter at 41-43 Beekman at William that would house 170 single men. The building has already been vacated.

CANNABIS STORES ARE STILL ALL-CASH
Federal law puts banks at risk for dealing with cannabis businesses, meaning the business owners can’t access capital and consumers can’t use credit.

SIDEWALKS REVEALED AT 26 FEDERAL PLAZA
The plaza has been under construction for four years and was supposed to be open to pedestrians on Oct. 30. GSA now plans to open the Broadway plaza entrance to the Javits Federal Building Monday, Dec. 4.
