Sixpoint Brewery taproom to open at the end of the year

I am hoping these renderings don’t do it justice: The Sixpoint Brewery taproom being built out now at Brookfield (on Liberty and the highway) will have a soft opening starting Dec. 29. (It was pushed back “to allow our amazing team to spend quality time with their loved ones during this holiday season.”)

Through Jan. 21, 2024, the tap room will host a Happy Hour Sneak Peek program and will be open from 4to 9p on weekdays, noon to 9p on Saturdays and noon to 7p on Sundays. During this period, there will be appetizers and full bar offerings.

The full-concept, 7,500-square-foot taproom, with full operating hours and extensive beverage and food menus, will open on Jan. 22. See the progress on Instagram below. The 3,000-square-foot outdoor beer garden will open in spring.

Sixpoint Brewery was founded in Brooklyn in 2004 and has another taproom in Downtown Brooklyn at the City Point development. the taproom will offer its craft brands like Resin Double IPA, The Crisp Pilz, new hazy double IPA, The Piff and rotating “small batch” brews, like Slice Sipper, a collaboration beer with Mike’s Hot Honey, and the Subway Series, a rotating selection of innovative sour beers.
