Seen & Heard: Sponsor a little league team

DOWNTOWN LITTLE LEAGUE SEEKING SPONSORS
Downtown Little League is seeking local businesses and leaders who would be willing to sponsor a team – or teams – at the cost of $600 each. The sponsorships cover the costs of field permits, uniforms, equipment, clinics, umpires, tournaments, and other essential activities for the players, ages 5 to 18. They also enable the league to offer scholarships to families in need. Sponsors’ names go on team jerseys and they also receive a plaque and are acknowledged on the DLL website.
