Seen & Heard: Classic soccer jerseys on Canal

CLASSIC SOCCER JERSEYS ON CANAL
A bunch of soccer dads spotted a new store on Canal: Classic Football Shirts. My guess is It’s a pop-up through the end of the summer, since the website does not mention a US store, but it looks cool. The British company sells, well, classic football shirts. “It all started in the summer of 2006. We should have been revising for our final exams but with the World Cup on the horizon we had other priorities, namely searching for an original 1990 West Germany shirt.” More TK if they are permanent.

HIVE ON THE LOOSE
A. sent this shot of a swarm of bees trying to get their hive together on a stop light on Park Place and West Broadway. Maybe they headed to Brookfield…

  1. They were above Cedar Street around Trinity yesterday (Wednesday) morning. I couldn’t see them close-up, I thought they might be cicadas! Thanks
