Community Board 1 agendas for October

Community Board 1 has returned to in-person meetings; however the public is encouraged to use Webex live due to capacity constraints. Meetings are also recorded and posted to the board’s YouTube page. You can also find documents and draft resolutions here. As always, contact the board at man01@cb.nyc.gov. My comments in caps.

  1. On the 10/9 BPC items, Hutch and Waldo is a coffee shop that opened a few months ago right by the ferry terminal. And Battery Park by Sunrise is the senior living center on North End Avenue by Stuyvesant High School.
